Our OT will attempt to determine what services you require in the first meeting and develop a service agreement outlining the expected costs. The recommended services may change due to change in circumstances or goals or due to funding constraints, but either way you can guarentee your OT will have your best interest in mind.

  • Functional Capacity Assessment

    General: 15 hours

    • 3 hours assessment + 12 hours report

    Complex: 20 hours

    • 4 hours assessment + 16 hours report

    Includes comprehensive interview and functional assessment, 2-3 standardised assessments and an extensive report.

  • Summary of Supports Report

    Current Client: 5 hours

    • Report only

    New Client: 8 hours

    • 2 hours Assessment

    • 6 hours report

  • Ongoing Therapy

    1 hr session:

    • 10 minute prep

    • 40 minute session

    • 10 minute documentation

    Frequency of therapy is dependent on the clinician’s recommendation.

  • Assistive Technology

    Basic (Level 1/ 2 or low -risk): >6 hours:

    • Includes assessment, recommendations, sourcing equipment, letter recommendation.

    General (Level 2 or low/ medium risk or multiple items): >10 hours

    • includes assessment, recommendations, sourcing equipment, trial, letter recommendation.

    Complex (Level 3 or high-risk): >12 hours per item

    • Includes assessment, liaising with suppliers, sourcing equipment, trials and AT report.

  • Sensory Profile and Routine

    Sensory Profile

    • 2 hours- Analysing and scoring report

    Sensory Routine

    • 2 hours- Developing sensory routine to address the clients sensory needs.

    Implementing routine

    • 2- 4 hours- Trialing strategies, amending routine if required and training parents/ carers/ supports
